No cookie cutter programs here!  Every body is different, therefore every training program is unique in its conception and design. Your training journey begins with either a phone or in-person consult to assess your goals, fitness experience and health history. This provides a clear understanding of your unique needs and limitations, and all of that information is considered when designing your program.  

My approach takes into consideration not just what you do when IN the training studio, but what you are doing outside of training as well.  Do you sit at a computer all day?  Are you taking care of young children or aging parents?  Suffer from depression or anxiety? Do you struggle to fit exercise into your life or do you need accountability to stay motivated?

ALL of these factor into your health and fitness, and are absolutely considered when I work with you as a client.

A successful training program is one that has my clients feeling confident, healthy and motivated.  I follow the guidelines set by the American College of Sports Medicine, and have found repeatedly that long term success comes from changing from within and finding the strength to push through the grind in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
